Covid-19 Information

The U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has confirmed that pets cannot contract or spread COVID-19.

The wellbeing of our clients and patients is always our highest priority.  At this time, Whitehaven is still open and seeing patients.  However, we are limiting appointments to curbside check-in/check-out only.  Clients will no longer be allowed to enter our building, with the exception of euthanasia, effective Friday, March 20th, 2020.  Please call (563) 386-9680 when you arrive, and a staff member will come out to your car, take a brief medical history, and take your pet inside the clinic for their appointment.  Once the exam is complete, we’ll call you to let you know exam results, take your payment over the phone, and bring your pet back out to you.  We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to adapt our procedures during this time.
